the outcome of the case was that thay were both in the rong so no one was woun the case. i feel that the girl should of woun the case because she was skerd and didnt now better. if that happin to me i would make shere that some one gets sould becouse its an evashoun of privesy and it was inupropit for the school to do that to a lital girl.
