The outcome of this supreme court case with Redding and Safford is there is no winner. There were not any clear laws student laws on how you can search a student. The administration at Safford unified school district was not right by doing a strip search on a 13 year old girl with knifes and contraband. There are other ways to confront that situation. Although no one won the administration of the school should be charged for endangering a child because they should not be allowed to search a young child like that. A 13 year old is not familiar with all their right as a citizen and shouldn't be treat like that. Laws should have been in place so something like that doesn't happen ever.
