I do think the Safford vs Redding Case ended adequately. Both Savanna Redding and the school itself with it's associates were in the wrong. Savanna Redding went against school protocol and had possession of both weapons and pills in her school planner on school property. Regardless of the fact that Savanna insisted that the weapons or pills were not hers, it still gave the school the authority to try and find them. The school was given probable cause to question and search Savanna to only an extent in which they went beyond. The school nurse should not have strip searched 13 year old Savanna Redding without her or her parents' consent to do so. A search or pat down outside of Savanna's clothes would have been the appropriate approach in this situation due to the possession of the knife and pills. With this at hand, this left the nurse with no right to have given Savanna a strip search but she was only following orders. With having followed the given orders by the principal, he was now to be held in the wrong even more. The school itself took the wrong approach but Savanna Redding was also in the wrong for even bringing a weapon and pills onto school property. Both people in this case were in the wrong therefore I do agree with the outcome of this case.
