In this political cartoon I see a group of men standing in a circle, with a caption in the bottom reading "who stole the peoples money" it also reads in the bottom right "Twas Him". The men standing in the circle have things written on the back of there jackets, they are also pointing to the person next to them. The men in the ring seem to be business men or business owners. I can tell this because on there backs are the names of businesses. I don't think the illustrator really likes Tammy Hall that much because they portray the men as bad people by them writing at the bottom who stole the peoples money and then they put each of the men pointing to one another. Which is making the men look kind of childish not taking the blame.
