In this picture, I see a lot of angry men in a circle pointing at something. Some of the men are wearing top hats, others have their hats in their hands. I believe, they are all trying to be elected for some reason and persuade the immigrants/people to stand by their side. In the ring, there are many different looking politicians. Some are short, some tall, some have beards, and others are smoking. The illustrator perceives himself to not like Tammany Hall. In the writing at the bottom of the picture it says, "Who stole the peoples money". The illustrator believes that all of the men trying to become elected are taking control of the immigrants and using them. He is trying to tell us that the immigrants are so poor that he doesn't like how they are being taken advantage of.
