In this political cartoon you can see a group of business men and even a child worker who all have something written on their back and are pointing to the person next to them. It is hard to tell exactly who these people are and what it says on their backs but from what I'm guessing is that whatever they have written on their back isn't something to be proud of or necessarily good because of the looks they have on their faces. My guess as to how the illustrator feels about Tammany Hall is that it is a continuous circle of people either blaming each other for stealing money according to the quote on the bottom left of the page.
