Throughout the governor debate, Chris Christie made some valid points. I felt as if Buono had no really good arguments against him. She would attack him a lot, but would not offer much information about how she would handle situations. A main point that was brought up is taxes. Christie stated that he has no raised taxes during his years as governor, and I feel like this is an aspect that people really like about him. It is hard to for families to pay taxes in New Jersey. The only good argument that I felt Buono had was how she pointed out that Christie cut money from the education programs in New Jersey. For some people this might now stick out to them, however, it is important to remember that education is for building future generation and enhancing society. Chris Christie has the advantage of dealing with tough situations well such as Sandy and I think that will benefit him during the election. People like a strong leader who gets things done and Christie offers that to New Jersey citizens.
